Rest in Peace we say throwing dirt on a decaying body. Foreshadowing I think. We believe the dead's soul is resting peacefully to help with our own grieving process. We are not yet at peace with the reality as we glance longingly over the memories of loved ones who have left us on this dying planet. We toss and turn, not resting at all. One death brings to remembrance all the others who have gone on and then, unwillingly we think of all the loved ones who will eventually follow their lead. How very dark and gruesome this week's post is. My apologizes. But what I say is true, how much more pain comes to those who are left behind after your death, than the pain it took for you to do the dying? R.I.P. Aunt Winnie Song of the Day

Sitting here wondering if you would like this. Pinning on board for inspiration according to what I think would catch your eye. I fight against this. I will not conform. I have found that what you like best, is me. I will fight to save myself from this need to please everyone all the time. To be what would make them comfortable so they want to be with me. I am afraid of not finding a place to be a part of and still I proclaim to the world that "I am my own person!" As I look around quietly to find a hole in the puzzle that, almost, but not quite, if I just turn this way, can maybe fit into. ~ Song of the Day: |
